Boat Security and Security Alarms

Boat security alarms come in many variations. Some more suited to certain jobs than others. But when it comes to boat mooring security the main problem that should be considered, is whether anyone will take any notice of the boat in the first place.
If you suspect that the intruders will grab and run. There are all sorts of systems that will set the alarm off or video cameras that will show the intruders in action however, prevention is better than cure.
Larger boat owners should consider a comprehensive alarm system. Its recommended that it includes a fogger system. A fogger system will fill a room, or boat cabin with dry ice. A sudden and noisy blanketing device which is effective in making intruders run away, but clears away after around ten minutes. Fogger security systems can be found in many sailing and maritime shops.
